Conferences and Education Days

March 12: Bereavement Skills Building Day, Roots and Branches: Growing Effective Bereavement Services. Presenting essential skills for bereavement and grief support professionals in hospice, palliative care, and community settings (clergy, school counselors, support group facilitators, pastoral care, senior services, etc.). Basic track addresses introduction to grief & bereavement and grief support programs. Focused topic tracks include Faith & Grief, Bereavement Programs for Children & Teens, Assessment of High Risk Individuals, Cumulative Loss, and more.  Bethany Lutheran Church, 4500 E. Hampden Ave., Cherry Hills Village (southeast Denver area). $79 / members; $135 / nonmembers.

March 13: Pain & Symptom Management for All Disciplines, Across Settings. A one-day conference for hospice, palliative care, long-term care, home health, and elder care professionals. Three plenary talks by nationally recognized experts on pain & symptom management from the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual perspectives. Breakout workshops will address special topics and offer effective clinical tools. Location TBD (Denver Metro). $150 /members; $200 / nonmembers.

Unless otherwise noted, Webinars are scheduled for 3:30-5:00PM.
$49 / provider member site; $65 / individuals and other sites. Provider members may register for any 5 Webinars for $200, or for all 9 for $350.
